Essential Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts (20% time)
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and / or current owners (20% time)
• Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Destinations (20% time)
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques -(20% time)
• No Cold Calling : All leads are prequalified and provided by the company (15% time)
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training (5% time)

Travel Requirements No travel required outside of the home site's area

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred Job Experience 1 to 3 years of sales and / or marketing experience is preferred, not required Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
