Duties / Responsibilities
Registers all patients and checks insurance information as well as other demographics.
Keeps waiting room free of expired magazines, litter, and keeps organized.
Sees that the phone is answered before the third ring and in a friendly manner.
Explains all fees and patient financial responsibility, collect fee for services.
Ensures Patient Satisfaction
Assists in general office duties and other duties as required.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must possess excellent computer skills
The salary for this role will range from USD $20.31 to 30.47 per hour based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and / or long-term incentives.
