We’re seeking an experienced RN leader to manage surgical services operations at a major acute care medical center. With 27 state-of-the-art ORs and a seasoned staff of 140+, this role offers the opportunity to shape patient care, drive performance, and lead a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across 27 ORs with a team of 143 staff and 7 direct reports
• Drive quality, safety, and operational efficiency in surgical services
• Partner with clinical, administrative, and physician leadership to enhance outcomes
