Job descriptionPatient Care Coordination : Collaborate with the Program Manager, Licensed Medical Practitioners, and Case Management teams to ensure seamless patient care and smooth transitions during referrals and discharge. Operational Leadership : Oversee nursing staff, manage medical assessments, and implement compliance standards to ensure patient safety and care excellence. Compliance & Quality : Maintain adherence to industry standards, evidence-based practices, and safety protocols, while monitoring performance metrics with leadership. Medication Management : Supervise the administration and dispensation of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CODA policies and procedures. Resource Management : Contribute to budget planning, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources across the facility. Collaborative Approach : Foster a culture of teamwork and respect, promoting CODAs mission through clear communication and data-informed decision-making. Education Background : Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing (BSN / MSN) from an accredited institution Licensure : Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Oregon. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or similar setting Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus. Compassion & Dedication : A strong commitment to CODAs mission and the well-being of the individuals and families we serve.

About the Role
As the Nurse Manager for a 24 / 7 facility for our Detoxification and Sobering programs at the Beaverton Recovery Center, youll play a critical role in leading the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Reporting to the Medical Director, youll be at the forefront of implementing evidence-based practices, managing clinical operations, and supporting staff in their professional growth.
