Property Manager HUD / Section 8 Properties

Responsibilities :

• Manage resident relations and lease administration
• Ensure accurate collection and deposit of rents
• Coordinate with social service agencies as needed
• Maintain property in compliance with all codes
• Supervise vendors and onsite staff
