We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our diverse client base, including individuals and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with clients

Prepare individual and small business tax returns

Assist clients with bookkeeping

Maintain regular client communication to provide updates and gather necessary information

Collaborate with senior accountants and partners to ensure compliance and accuracy

Help identify opportunities to improve client financial processes and tax strategies

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA candidate preferred)

0-3 years of experience in public accounting or related accounting role

Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles

Excellent client service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively

Motivation to learn and grow as a professional
