Customer Success Manager
Physitrack Group (Physitrack + Champion Health) is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the NYC office (5 days per week). This is a full-time (40 hours) position with a competitive salary. About the Role
As our first Customer Success Manager in NYC, you'll be the trusted partner to clients across healthcare, wellness, and corporate sectors. You will guide them through onboarding, platform adoption, value realization, and long-term success, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes.
