About the Role

This is a corporate leadership position and not a role managing a single facility.

As our Assisted Living Director, you will be the senior strategic leader responsible for building, launching, and scaling our national, AI concierge service for the assisted living industry. You will architect the operational playbook, lead a dedicated team, and serve as the face of AllCare to our partner facilities, ensuring our service sets a new industry standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop the overall strategy and vision for the national concierge service, defining key performance indicators and roadmaps for growth.
• Operational Architecture : Design, document, and continuously refine all core operational processes and service workflows from the ground up.
• Team Building & Management : Hire, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing remote team of Medical Concierge agents.
• Service Excellence & Optimization : Oversee daily service delivery, using data and firsthand insight to optimize logistics for transportation, pharmacy, and diagnostics.
• Senior Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary strategic liaison for our partner facilities, building C-level relationships and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Clinical-Tech Integration : Collaborate with AI and product development teams to ensure our technology platform seamlessly supports operational and clinical needs.
