About the Role

A premier commercial construction firm in Raleigh is seeking a Project Executive to lead high-impact builds across healthcare, life sciences, student housing, and mixed-use sectors. Responsibilities

Youll be the strategic force behind the regions most ambitious projects. Your leadership will shape outcomes, elevate teams, and deepen client trust. Responsibilities include :

  • Project Command : Lead all phases of construction with precision, foresight, and accountability. Your signature will be on every milestone.

    Qualifications

    Were looking for a builder of people, projects, and partnerships. The ideal candidate brings :

  • 10+ years of leadership in commercial construction, with a portfolio that includes healthcare, life sciences, student housing, and mixed-use developments.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-phase projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Deep knowledge of North Carolinas permitting, municipal coordination, and market dynamics.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • A passion for mentoring, storytelling, and building legacies not just buildings.
