Regional Sales Director - Mission Critical
Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking a Regional Sales Director for its Data Center Mission Critical business. This role can be based in Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL; Raleigh, NC; or Smyrna, GA, and will lead local sales initiatives throughout the Southeast region. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who reside outside a 50-mile radius of these locations. The Regional Sales Director - Mission Critical will lead the activities of the region toward achieving sales, profit, and growth goals while continually improving quality and customer service levels. You will be responsible for the strategic management of regional sales resources to achieve sales / orders, market share, price, product mix, and financial metrics established by product divisions, operating divisions, and Sales Leadership. You will define, lead, and manage comprehensive sales initiatives & programs affecting the organization and its key stakeholders (customers, distributors, partners, employees, and trade and business media). You will drive collaboration across the Eaton Data Center segment, Commercial Construction, and End Users which includes the following organizations within Eaton : Power Quality Products and Services, Eaton Power Distribution Assemblies, Commercial Products Assemblies, Engineering Services, and Power Systems Division, to drive growth of the entire Eaton portfolio. The role will also work very closely with other peers across the verticals within the region to help define sales strategies and go to market of the solutions offered.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $183,750.00 - $269,500.00. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
