We are growing our presence and are currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative - Industrial Services based in South Dakota or Minnesota, to join our dynamic team. As a Territory Sales Representative - Industrial Services, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth across diverse industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business and technical challenges, develop tailored solutions, and communicate the value of our services.

What makes a successful business development rep at Interstates?
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology is preferred.
Experience : 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling services. Experience in construction is a plus.
Compensation : The base pay range for this position is $80,000-100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility.
Location : This role is based in or near South Dakota and Minnesota (office or hybrid). Travel : This role requires frequent travel 50-75% across the Midwest for client and industry meetings.
