Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets

Recommend and sell customized travel packages including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions

Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up

Stay informed on top destinations, industry updates, and exclusive offers to provide expert advice

Resolve any travel-related issues quickly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A customer service or sales background is preferred (travel industry experience a plus)

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
