Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that customer service and sales are top-notch and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. The Assistant Store Manager will lead by example, support the store team, and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or as assigned. Up to $1,000 new hire and referral bonus!

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or customer service
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of retail and customer service operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
