Position : Senior Financial Analyst

Location : Holland, MI (primarily onsite)

Compensation : $80,000-$110,000 base + 5% bonus potential

Key Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst

Prepare and deliver board-level presentations using global financial data across multiple sectors

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives

Partner cross-functionally to drive business performance and financial decision-making

Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting and planning processes

Ideal Senior Financial Analyst Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience; manufacturing industry experience a plus

Strong business acumen with a focus on cash flow and operational metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate and influence across levels

Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in career progression

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
