Job Summary And Qualifications
As the Manager of Organizational Design for the Global Capability Network (GCN), you will be responsible for developing organizational design plans that support the GCN team and its stakeholders in planning and preparation for standing up new teams and evolving the structure of existing teams. You will partner closely with leaders across the enterprise, including GCN leaders, project teams and other corporate functions to ensure organization transformation is aligned to the business needs and supports a stable transition to new ways of working. You will work with the VP of Global Organizational Transformation to support development of organizational design plans across business units related to developing new structures that support a shift to central support services while maintaining consistency and quality of outcomes. You will be responsible for collaborating with leaders across different corporate functions to develop robust organizational plans while adhering to best practice design parameters.
