Overview

This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after they are cleaned by the Housekeeper. The candidate should have previous Housekeeping experience and must be able to verify that quality and cleanliness meet Hyatt standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards, with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure compliance with Hyatt standards.
• Work closely with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Managers, and Front Desk to communicate room release for arrival and preparation for guests, owners, and VIPs.
• Serve as liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for smooth check-in readiness.
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold high cleanliness expectations in all assigned rooms.
