A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist
Satair is looking for a A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist to join our Customer Order Fulfillment team based in Peachtree City, GA.
As a A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist you work as a project manager supporting Maintenance Centers and Airlines A220 c-check activity. You will be responsible for the complete customer order handling process for c-check part requirements and coordinate a multi functional team to collaborate and work towards expediting and delivering all parts on-time. You will also lead customer meetings while presenting to customers the c-check orders status, addressing concerns and aligning on priorities.

Position Summary
As a Heavy Maintenance Manager you work as a project manager supporting Maintenance Centers and Airlines A220 c-check activity. You will be responsible for the complete customer order handling process for c-check part requirements and coordinate a multi functional team to collaborate and work towards expediting and delivering all parts on-time. You will also lead customer meetings while presenting to customers the c-check orders status, addressing concerns and aligning on priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare, lead and steer internal MFT and customer meetingsMaintain C-check file and ensure all relevant information is availableResponsible for C-Check file related external and internal stakeholder communication (Customer Order View, Reporting File)Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, incl. their ownMeasures, analyses and utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) on behalf of the group in order to manage material order activity.Ownership for C-Check project and its order lines including pre-check orders and claims processing.Perform Heavy Maintenance Manager C-Check ChecklistOpen technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g. PN Activation, interchangeability, etc.)Clarifies technical queries utilizing technical documentation and / or liaises with technical and engineering departments.Provides consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.Build relationship and trust with our customersObtain customer target dates and make them visible internally for proper prioritizationContinuous communication to ensure the right level of transparency with internal and external stakeholdersSpeak-up cultureQualified Experience / Skills / Training :
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and / or airline operations highly desirableEducation :
Bachelor's degree preferably in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics functions within a similar sized organization, or a combination of education and relevant experience.Experience :
