Industrial Control Systems Engineer – Maintenance Leadership

Do you love cracking tough PLC faults and tracing issues through schematics?Can you lead a maintenance crew while commissioning new automation and safeguarding uptime?Are you comfortable switching between HMI tuning, SCADA tags, and robot touch-ups?Do you thrive where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are non‑negotiable?What you’ll tackle
Supervise maintenance activities with a focus on electrical and automation reliability.Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives / VFDs, relays, contactors, and power supplies.Interpret and modify US / EU electrical schematics; read pneumatic and hydraulic prints.Configure HMIs, adjust machine parameters, and perform basic PLC / HMI programming linked to SCADA.Lead startup and commissioning of automated equipment.Verify safety systems : e‑stops, interlocks, and safety PLC implementations.Assist with basic robot programming and integration.Develop and present packaging prototypes for client review; contribute to Design Center improvements.Juggle multiple priorities with excellent organization and follow‑through.Use AutoCAD (or similar) for layout reviews and small updates.Bring these strengths
PLC logic fluency and strong diagnostic instincts.Proficiency with electrical schematics across American and European standards.Industrial electrical / electronic fundamentals, including 3‑phase high‑voltage.HMI configuration and machine tuning skills.Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Basic PLC / HMI coding and SCADA integration.Safety system know‑how and adherence to protocols.Robotics exposure and entry‑level programming capability.Prototype development experience and confident presentations.Working knowledge of AutoCAD or comparable CAD platforms.Education and certifications
