Controller
The Keller Group is partnering exclusively with a well-established and profitable organization in Mesa that is seeking a Controller to join their leadership team. This is a pivotal role within a privately held company that has a strong history of growth, stability, and long-tenured leadership.
This position is being hired due to an upcoming retirement and offers a clear succession path to CFO in the coming years. The incoming Controller will work closely with executive leadership and equity partners, leading a lean, collaborative finance team while helping build a scalable financial infrastructure to support continued expansion.

What You'll Do :
Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with GAAPLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesManage external audit and tax compliance, as well as internal controls and policiesPartner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash management strategiesSupport an ERP system implementation (NetSuite) alongside the current teamMentor and develop a small but highly effective accounting groupWhat We're Looking For :
CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting / finance experienceMinimum 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller roleExperience in a private equity or venture-backed environment preferredExcellent tenure with previous organizationsProven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with executives and investorsHands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a focus on collaboration and cultural fit
