Our client, in the Lebanon / Hershey, PA area, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help expand the business in other areas to provide exceptional commercial cleaning services. This is a new position with the client, in hopes to identify new business opportunities throughout the state of Pennsylvania and surrounding states. This new role will be responsible for new business development for the commercial cleaning division.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Prospect through innovative lead generation tools and leverage existing advanced and dedicated social media opportunities
- Come up with Strategic marketing plance, sales plans, forecasts and achieve corporate objectives
- Commit to getting our company awareness and capabilities out to new customers and achieve new contracts accordingly.
- Manage new customers to satisfaction and monitor new contracts with management team.
- Represent the company at trade associations and meetings.
- Provide sales reports and volume
