The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of assigned RR Janitorial contracts at multiple customer locations, typically within an assigned geographic area. It is their responsibility to know and understand the contract requirements for each contract for which they are responsible, all applicable RR Policies, Procedures, Work Rules, applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements and, RR Safety policies and regulations. Driving is an essential function of this job. Presence at the worksite during normal business hours is an essential function of this position.

Requirements

• Five years experience in the janitorial field
• Minimum of 2 years in supervision / project management roles.
• Prior management experience in janitorial contracts, supervision and training.
• Knowledge of all phases of janitorial and floor care processes.
• Experience ordering supplies and performing payroll duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile, safe driving record and insurance coverage acceptable to RR's insurance carrier.
• Ability to pass criminal history background check and / or fingerprinting as appropriate at any time during employment.
