Growth Engineer

A company is looking for a Growth Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Build full-stack student-facing experiences and collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams

Experiment and optimize user journeys, funnel metrics, and campaign performance through A / B testing

Build and maintain analytics infrastructure for reliable event tracking and conversion attribution

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-stack or growth-focused engineering roles

Fluency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases and warehouses

Experience with attribution tools and Google Analytics

A product and business mindset focused on impact

Comfort with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL is a plus
