Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to join their team remotely in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance financial models and strategic analysis related to KOHO Bank's ICAAP process

Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the company

Lead direct projects critical to the successful launch of KOHO Bank, ensuring timely implementation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with a focus on financial modeling and management reporting

Professional designation preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA)

Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving processes

Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic business environment

Knowledge of database (SQL), VBA, or other programming is highly desirable
