Shifts
1st and 2nd shift openings.
What You’ll Do
Set up CNC press brakes : tooling selection, backgauge programming, offsets, and bend sequences for quality throughput.Run production and adjust speed, material feed, and bend path to hit spec.Read and interpret blueprints and product plans to verify setup and part conformance.Inspect parts using protractors, calipers, height gauges, and other measurement gauges.Apply CAD / CAM knowledge to support program understanding and part accuracy.Must-Haves
High school diploma or GED; technical / vocational certification a plus.2–3 years’ experience on press brakes or in sheet metal fabrication.Comfort with computers; strong math skills with decimals and fractions.Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work long hours when required.Work Style & Values
