Short DescriptionThe Supervisor Interventional Radiology will be in collaboration with the Director and IR ManagerPlans and implements management and operational strategies, goals, and objectives appropriate to Interventional Radiology operations.Creates consistent engagement with IR technologists, nurses and radiologists.Fosters and adheres to a collaborative team-driven culture.Oversees, organizes staff schedules and evaluates assigned technologist in specific areas or shifts in IRInterviews, hires, disciplines, and makes authoritative recommendations with regard to discharging staff. Oversees and ensures adequate supply are available for interventional and therapeutic procedures.Performs interventional procedures when necessary #LI-CU1Experience Required3-5 years experience preferredEducation RequirementsHS or equivalent requiredBachelors preferredLicense / Certification RequirementsARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist)Current BLS.NJDEP license Special RequirementsHealthcare ExperienceWorkforce Planning / SchedulingPerformance MetricsCommunicationBi-Lingual preferred
