Your Impact on our Mission :

At Zocdoc, we're on a mission to give power to the patient. As a Technical Implementation Specialist , you'll combine technical expertise with a passion for client service to onboard large health systems and enterprise clients. You'll guide them through every step of the integration journey-from discovery to go-live-ensuring both a seamless technical experience and white-glove support. Your ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and lead with empathy will directly influence client satisfaction and long-term success.

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and / or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range

$72,900-$85,000 USD
