Job Description

Public Storage is seeking a strategic, analytically driven Senior Business Analyst to join our high-impact Digital Delivery Team. This role is instrumental in bridging business needs with technology solutions, particularly in the context of enterprise FinTech and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, critical thinking capabilities, and a passion for solving complex problems through data and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, uncover root causes, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• AI & Data-Driven Projects : Partner with data science and engineering teams to define business use cases for AI / ML initiatives, such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and customer behavior modeling. Translate business needs into data requirements and evaluate model outputs for business relevance.
• Drive Analytical Rigor : Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate business processes, identify trends, and support decision-making. Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform product and delivery strategies.
• Model and Visualize Processes : Create detailed process flows, use cases, and data models to clearly communicate requirements and system interactions across the SDLC.
• Enhance Delivery Efficiency : Identify and implement process improvements that streamline requirement gathering, validation, and handoff to engineering teams.
• Governance and Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and artifacts to support traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Project Coordination : Manage multiple priorities and timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are proactively managed.
