Job Details

Handle general liability matters including auto, premises, habitability, and products cases

Draft and respond to discovery and motions

Take and defend depositions

Appear in court for hearings and case matters as needed

Work closely with partners and mentors on case strategy and development

Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff in a supportive environment

Must be admitted and residing in California

3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred (will consider strong candidates with less who want to train in this practice)
