Job descriptionLead & Mentor : Begin by managing a software development project with a Junior PM shadowing your process. Transition into a coaching role to build their confidence and capability. Develop PM Skills : Teach best practices in project planning, timeline management, cross-team communication, and stakeholder engagement. Phase 2 (Months 4–9) : Apply structured methodologies; enable independent leadership of smaller projects. Phase 3 (Months 10–15) : Prepare for PMI’s CAPM certification. Proven expertise in Software Development Project Management and SDLC, with hands-on experience in .NET and SQL environments. Strong background in mentoring or coaching junior team members. Bonus : Experience in financial services or fintech projects.

We’re seeking an experienced Fractional Project Manager to lead and mentor in a dynamic software development environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned PM who thrives on guiding others while driving successful project outcomes.
Duration : 6–9 months
Commitment : 15–25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Guide Professional Growth : Support the Junior PM through structured phases :
Phase 1 (Months 1–3) : Build foundational PM knowledge and confidence through coursework and hands-on exposure.
