The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic  Sales Representative  to expand our presence in  Nashville and across Tennessee , promoting our  container, packaging, and filtration product lines .

Based in one of the fastest-growing industrial hubs in the Southeast, this role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of accounts in industries such as  automotive, manufacturing, and logistics , while driving new business in a dynamic and competitive market.

Compensation Base Salary :

• $60,000–$70,000 Commission : $15,000–$20,000 Additional Incentives : Performance-based bonuses for developing new business and expanding territory reach Total Potential Compensation : Over $100,000 annually after territory development You Are Someone Who… Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need Is curious and eager to learn our product lines and technologies Excels in quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple projects with ease Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement Resides in Tennessee You Bring… A self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation A college degree—or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks.” We’re looking for the best fit, not just a diploma.
