Job Title : Inside Sales Representative

Pay Range : $20 - $30 / hr (The Salary offered will depend on multiple factors, to include current / most recent job experience, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this and similar roles. Comprehensive benefits package included / available.)

Location : City of Industry, Los Angeles

Description : MSI Computer Corp., a leading innovator in the PC hardware industry, is seeking to hire a talented, creative individual with excellent work ethic to help product marketing team for local campaigns.

What you will DO :

• Support the Sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
• Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, pricing and quoting.
• Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing teams.
• Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team.
• Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns.
• Perform other job duties as manager assigned.
