Site Maintenance Manager

The Site Maintenance Manager will provide leadership, mentor, and manage site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across the North American Fulfillment Network. This role involves developing business plans for the Maintenance Department and ensuring their successful implementation. You will drive maintenance best practices, ensure a safe work environment, and improve work methods to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Reliability plans to increase facility Uptime.
• Innovate, document, and standardize maintenance best practices.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end of life issues using ROI and other analytical techniques.
• Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
• Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to maximize economies of scale.
• Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
• Develop and manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, change orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Provide Fulfillment Center General Managers with visibility over maintenance activities.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for Maintenance Manager and Area Manager roles.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 / yr. Total Comp in year one -$200-220k :

Base Components :

o Base salary (typically capped around $150-170k)

o Sign-on bonus split over first two years (split evenly in their paychecks)

RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant over 4 years with a backloaded vesting schedule :

o RSU Vesting Schedule : Year 1 : 5% (split between 6 and 12 months) Year 2 : 15% Year 3 : 40% Year 4 : 40%
