SAP Generalist

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day functional support across multiple SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, PM, etc. Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency. Configure and maintain master data, business rules, and key settings in relevant SAP modules. Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for custom developments, enhancements, and system upgrades. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP functionality. Create and maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and end-user training. Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using standard SAP functionality. Coordinate with module-specific SMEs to ensure smooth cross-functional operations. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal controls, and public sector regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of SAP functional experience across multiple modules. Hands-on configuration experience in at least two or more modules (MM, SD, FICO, PM, etc. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration points. Proven experience in SAP ECC 6.0 (S/4HANA experience is a plus Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a public sector or government environment. Experience with SAP Workflow, IDocs, Reports, and basic ABAP debugging. Knowledge of SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) is a plus.
