As a Third Party and Change Resilience Risk Lead within PNC's Business Resilience organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As Third Party & Change Resilience Risk Lead, you will be responsible for performing ongoing risk assessments to inform resilience strategy and monitor impacts to established risk tolerances across PNC’s Third Parties & Change Initiatives. Risk identification is enabled through various activities including :

\tThird party Business Resiliency and Operational Resiliency assessments, contract & performance monitoring, source code escrow.

\tChange Initiative engagement & monitoring activities.

\tEnterprise Risk Assessment of business process dependencies and risk concentrations.

As a Third Party & Change Resilience Risk Lead, you will work closely across the Business Resilience and Technology Resilience teams, in the assessment of resiliency risks across the Enterprise and drive the appropriate actions and strategies.

Qualifications :

\t5+ years of experience in risk identification & assessments or relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.

\tStrong Knowledge of industry best practices in risk management, risk frameworks, including Risk Aggregation and Concentration, as well as the FFIEC IT Examination Regulatory guidelines

\tCommon Risk Management certifications a plus, such as PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), CRISC, RIMS-CRMP, CRM.

Job Description

• Leads in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery. Informs in the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
• Leads business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Looked to for expertise.
• Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
• Interfaces with LOB committee / executive to report on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May lead relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
• Responsible for leading high profile initiatives through the development, enhancement and dissemination of continuity processes and standards. Develops and delivers the training on business continuity.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $65,000.00 – $157,300.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
