Education
Required :
BA / BS in Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, Data Science, or related field
Preferred :
Master's in Business, Marketing Research, or related field (MBA / MA / MS / MMR)
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of Market Research experience (client side, supplier side, or related functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Marketing / Sales Operations)
Strong knowledge / understanding of the US healthcare environment with the ability to quickly learn different therapy areas
Strong analytical skills , capable of connecting business issues to actionable market research insights
Knowledge of Market Research methods and secondary data sources, with eagerness to expand expertise
Demonstrated ability in collaboration and teamwork , with experience leading teams in market research execution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in Healthcare Consumer and Healthcare Practitioner research
Familiarity with Buy and Bill products (a plus)

Key Responsibilities
Support client 's US Portfolio through planning and executing primary market research while coordinating across primary, secondary, and syndicated research to inform brand strategy and tactics
Develop and execute research projects, including timeline and budget management
Align and communicate with stakeholders and external agencies regarding objectives, execution, findings, and recommendations
Manage all aspects of primary market research projects
Partner with business stakeholders to assess challenges, recommend research methods, and incorporate team feedback
Apply best practices and innovative techniques to generate impactful insights
Synthesize results into compelling business stories and recommend actionable steps
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to drive effective decisions that enhance business outcomes
Collaborate with analytics teams to design complex analyses using secondary data, syndicated reports, and databases, integrating findings with primary research to strengthen brand strategy
