Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Preferred- Spanish / English)

Mon-Thurs 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm, Friday 9am-5pm
We're seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English highly preferred to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with product or service inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Accurately update customer records and document interactions in CRM systems
- Educate customers on products, services, and account information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Support walk-in customers and assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environmentsStrong communication and active listening skillsProficient with computers, email, and customer service softwareAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressurePositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetTop Skills for Success
