Accountant

This role involves managing the general ledger functions for one or more non-profit entities within a church setting. The position requires comprehensive accounting responsibilities that support the financial operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting for non-profit entities.
• Handle invoicing, payroll, and journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, cash, and payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Utilize ERP software for general ledger work.

Work Environment

The position offers a supportive and close-knit work culture, with many team members having over ten years of tenure. The role provides a blend of onsite and remote work, with four days in the office and one day from home. You will have your own private office and be part of an 18-member accounting and accounts payable team. This is a permanent position based out of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $72000.00 / yr. Vision, dental, medical (IBX), HSA, 4.5% match - VOO after 1,000 hours, 15 holidays at minimum.
