Responsibilities

What we're looking for :

Maintain all customer service agreements for both HVAC and plumbing Track and reconcile agreements sold in the field Confirm the complete set up of new agreements sold, including creating a schedule for services Work with management to ensure technicians are trained on benefits of agreement plans Set up recurring billing for all monthly paying contract customers Post renewal agreements and validate for accuracy Track and update draft information as it expires or declines Process statements for customers who owe on agreements Follow up on statements to collect any outstanding balances Send renewal notifications for contracts that are expiring, includes mailing and calling Cancel agreements that do not renew Process cancellations per customer requests Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned.
