Summary
Shopper Marketing is responsible for total ownership of all Shopper Marketing plans for select key customers within the channels of business. In this role, the Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager will cultivate shopper marketing strategies that effectively drive shopper awareness and action with our product portfolio while also achieving our key business objectives for West customers.
The Assistant Manager, Shopper Marketing is responsible for maximizing engagement through our retail media network platforms and measuring effectiveness of those programs.
They are accountable for the growth of the key category / brand / platforms and work closely with their Sales, Insights and Marketing Communications to achieve these results.
Under the guidance of the Manager, Shopper Marketing, they develop retailer specific plans to ensure the right consumer / shopper engagement plans. The focus will be to drive to maximize growth and market share through all levers and measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing programs.

Compensation Range : $81,000.00-$121,000.00, plus bonus.
