This role involves overseeing construction activities across multiple floors to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and end client to provide updates on project progress.
• Complete daily reports to track construction activities and progress.
• Assist general superintendents with ordering and logistics to support project needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / hr.
