Position Overview

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of the on-site management team responsible for creating a positive first impression for all future residents, current residents, and visitors. This role combines sales, customer service, and administrative support to ensure the community operates smoothly and delivers an exceptional resident experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and highly organized—someone who enjoys helping others find their next home and takes pride in representing Marsh Properties with care and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Customer Service

Greet and engage all visitors, residents, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.

Enter daily future resident traffic and leasing data into RealPage OneSite.

Participate in planning and execution of resident events and community activities.
