Visual Merchandising Manager

Lane Boots is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at the Galleria Dallas! This is a full-time management role focused on bringing our brand to life through creative, trend-forward visual merchandising.

We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about storytelling through design, thrives in fast-paced retail environments, and knows how to translate brand identity into beautiful, shoppable displays.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute floor sets for new collections, holidays, and seasonal transitions

Create visually inspiring product presentations that reflect current fashion trends and drive sales

Maintain merchandising standards across all departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience

Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and sales initiatives

Monitor store visuals daily to ensure displays are fresh, aligned with inventory levels, and updated for new arrivals

Train and inspire associates on the “why” behind our visual story

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail management or visual merchandising experience

Strong eye for color, texture, and design

Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to adapt quickly and pivot with business needs

A creative self-starter who’s passionate about Western fashion and brand presentation
