Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

Position Overview :

The focus of this role will be to aid in the design and management of projects that will focus on water / wastewater projects. All projects will include a facet of planning and design aspects. This role will be for both private development clients and public municipalities. The Water and Wastewater responsibilities of the role will address water distribution and storage, booster pump stations, water treatment, wastewater collection and pump stations, wastewater treatment, water and wastewater design.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform engineering activities related to site planning and development design.
• Perform site & utility design using Civil 3D and / or Carlson Civil-Suite on an AutoCAD platform.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic design calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist with the preparation of inventory assessments, analyses and reports.
• Work with the design team in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans related to Site Development.
• Assist with the development of professional services proposals.
• Be involved in all project aspects including design / study development and site / field visits during design and construction.
• Develop plans and contract documents.
• Prepare reports, studies, estimates, and specifications as required by assignments.
• Research local, state, and federal requirements.
