The role also includes assisting with accounts receivable and payable as needed. Benefits :
- Starting Salary : $60,000+, based on experience Opportunities for growth and professional development Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plan Key Responsibilities Assist with project management, maintaining clear internal communication, and regular updates. Set up new projects and related billing documentation in Foundation Software, log payments when needed. Complete schedule of values and accounts receivable tracking and data entry. Review contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage insurance tasks, such as ordering certificates and enrolling in OCIP / CCIP when needed. Handle billing, invoicing, change orders, proper documentation, and payments for installed projects and materials. Administer and maintain subcontractor documentation, insurance certificates (COIs), AR collections, and AIA billing processes. Key Qualifications : Demonstrated experience in communication and project management. Ability and willingness to work overtime as required by project demands. Background in billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Foundation (or other accounting software). High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience handling contracts in construction-related work is highly preferred. Commitment to maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free workplace without exception.
