• Required : Bachelor's degree in medical technology (Clinical Laboratory Science) including completion of a clinical internship.

Required : None

Preferred : One (1) year of hospital laboratory experience

Strong computer skills

Excellent customer service abilities

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Computer Competency

Familiarity with standard Windows-based desktop systems, including :

Email and intranet tools

E-learning platforms

Navigation of lab-specific or EMR software as needed to perform essential job functions

Physical & Mental Requirements

Frequent walking, standing (80% of the workday), and bending

Must be able to lift containers / boxes weighing 40+ lbs

Role requires attention to detail and focus for all lab testing

Must adapt to frequent interruptions and changing priorities

20-50% of the workday involves computer data entry

Must be able to pass a color vision test
