Industrial Maintenance Technician III (Ammonia Refrigeration)

Join the team that keeps Lineage running efficiently and safely! At Lineage, our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our facilities operating smoothly. In this role, you'll work with a variety of systems : mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration (including ammonia) to help maintain, repair, and improve the equipment that powers our cold storage operations.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems—including plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration (ammonia).
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to keep refrigeration systems running safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, wiring, or electrical / electronic components according to electrical codes and standards.
• Maintain and repair building infrastructure and material-handling equipment.
• Accurately complete daily work orders and log all tasks in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Communicate maintenance updates, inspection results, and equipment needs with your team and leadership.
• Support outside contractors as needed to ensure safety standards are met.
• Safely operate motorized lifts and other equipment for inspections and maintenance.

Pay range : $28.56 – $48.17 per hour.
