Housing Program Technician

Our client in the housing industry is seeking a Housing Program Technician to join their team. As a Housing Program Technician, you will be part of the Housing Authority's provision of housing assistance programs supporting eligibility, inspections, new leases, annual re-certifications, and program terminations. The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a similar position.

Pay Rate : $21.66 What's the Job?

• Manage an assigned caseload of program participants
• Perform day-to-day coordination and quality control of eligibility, inspections, new leases, annual re-certifications, and program terminations
• Implement caseload management process for Section 8 program participants
• Conduct initial and annual interviews with clients
• Review and apply pertinent provisions of HUD rules and regulations
