Job Summary :
Lockton is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our People Solutions (Benefits) consulting applications. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions align with user needs, business goals, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Benefits Consulting applications.
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and developers to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos.
- Ensure timely delivery of features that drive value for internal users and clients.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a consulting or insurance environment.Strong understanding of employee benefits consultingProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related fieldPreferred Skills
Familiarity with Lockton's consulting workflows and client service models.Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or integration platforms.Product lifecycle management and UX / UI collaboration experience.#LI-JM
