A Place of Grace, Inc. has been serving adults and seniors with developmental disabilities in Solano County since 2002,. We've been making a difference in the lives of our residents for over 20 years, and we are poised to grow by 50% in the next two years. We have 5 community homes in Vacaville. We are looking for qualified and motivated Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled adults with behaviors. If you don't have a lot of experience working with amazing residents like ours, we'd still love to hear from you. Our experienced team will train you. The goals in our homes are directed towards assisting the residents to gain independence and access to the community, live a healthy lifestyle, manage behaviors and age-related health concerns, and continue to grow in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care for the population we serve by employing and training a caring, professional staff who apply a structured support plan focused on wellness. We are currently hiring for the following shifts : various.

Position Requirements :

• Current Driver's License
• First Aid certification prior to starting
• Livescan Background Clearance

Responsibilities :

Supporting developmentally disabled adults with behavioral concerns

Daily computer documentation and communication

Driving 6-10 passenger vehicle

Cooking, following menu, nutrition support

Medication assistance

Following numerous regulatory requirements and company processes

A continuous improvement / growth mindset!
