Overview

We are an Award Winning Law Firm, specializing in Family Law litigation and high net worth clients. We are looking for a Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience.

Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
  • Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
  • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
  • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of family law experience
  • Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
  • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills; strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Licensed and in good standing
